Delivery to a UK Mainland Address
Delivery costs are calculated using one or a combination of the following factors: the type of product bought, the shipping method chosen, the value of the order, the weight of the order and its country of destination.
We use several courier services depending on the size and type of order from smaller orders to pallets, orders are sent out using a variety of courier companies: CityLink, DPD, DHL, UPS. For full delivery itemisation, email us your query, and we will work out exact delivery costs, depending on order size and delivery location. We will be more than happy to assist in getting the products you require to you at the cheapest prices.
Please note a surcharge of 2.5% will be added to the value of the order for payments by credit card. Your goods will be shipped to the address registered with your Credit Card Company.
Orders are dispatched once we receive Payment by Bank Transfer is received or Credit / Debit Card Authorisation from your Card Issuer, or when your Cheque is cleared.
The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (not guaranteed) of receiving cleared Payment. Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm – Monday-Friday. We will be pleased to quote for either Saturday Delivery or Timed Delivery. Our deliveries are insured for full value of the order.
Delivery to a UK Offshore Address - Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands
Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you of the Delivery Charges applicable. Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.

Faulty Returns Policy
One to One Exchange / Credit Note is usually given for purchases within 1 year from date of invoice. Unless otherwise stated.
You must organise the return the faulty items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Goods received back will be checked by our returns department and if they are found not to be faulty we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
We do not accept back "unwanted" items.
