Registration (In store)
To speed up registration on your first visit, kindly supply our staff with the following.
1. Letterhead
2. Two current invoices from other wholesalers supplying Housewares, Hardware, Tool, Electrical, Fancy Goods, Gardening, DIY and Building products
We cannot accept registrations by post or by telephone for security reasons. If you have any difficulty in complying with our request please telephone 0121 331 8899 in order that we may help you further.
On your first visit, We would like to draw your attention to the following few simple procedures.
1. Only two people admitted per card
2. The card cannot be loaned to a third party
3. Your card must be produced on every visit
4. No children under the age of 16 to be allowed entry
5. A minimum £100 spend on Each visit
6. Handbags or briefcases of any sizes are not allowed in the store.
7. Some times you may be asked to provide business identification to confirm your trade only membership of NT International PLC

Delivery
Nationwide delivery for orders over £500 carriage must be paid by customer.
FREE Delivery for orders over £1200 to England.
Orders to Scotland there is an additional delivery charge of £15 per pallet and for Ireland £30 per pallet)

Returns
You need to obtain a RA number (Return Authorization) before sending your order back to us. RA number can be obtained by calling us on 0121 331 8899 or emailing us at info@ntinternational.comYou are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return. Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages.
Please note that we will not accept returns for:Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects.
Refunds:
We will assess the overall condition of the item(s) being returned and will issue a credit accordingly.
Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, we will refund your money within 21 days. If you have paid by cheque your account will be credited within 14 days.
